RETURN POLICY

The Saddle Company offers a Full 30 Day Return on all Products with the exception of saddles,customized tack and special order items. (Please see Addtional Policies ). All Products must be returned in New Original Condition with Original Tags in place. Any product that has been used will not be accepted for Return. Buyer pays for all Return Shipping Charges and all shipping charges paid are non-refundable.


Saddle Return Policy:
  • Request for saddle refund must be requested within 14 days upon receiving saddle.
  • Buyer Must Report any Damages within 48 hours of receiving saddle or saddle is not returnable.
  • Saddles requested for refund cannot have been ridden on or placed directly on horse.
     (If fitting saddle to horse you must use a new saddle pad or clean sheet. When fitting for saddle seat size must use saddle stand)
  • Saddles must be Returned in New Original Condition with Original Tags in Place.
  • Buyer pays for all Return Shipping Charges and Shipping Charges paid are non-refundable.
  • Certain Saddle Brands may be subject to 15% Restocking Charge.

Special Order Saddles/Tack & Customized Tack and Saddles Policy:
  • All Special Order Saddles and Tack, Customized Saddles and Tack are Non Returnable as they are Order per the buyers specification. If item is not to the Buyers Requested Specification item will be shipped back to be corrected and then returned to buyer. Addtional Policies listed on Special Order Form signed by Buyers.
